Help for MailAfter.
Install and connect
- Add the MailAfter extension to Chrome.
- Read and accept the short privacy notice that opens.
- Sign in or create your account – the extension connects by itself.
- Write an email in Gmail and send it as usual.
Download your data
- Sign in at mailafter.app.
- Open Settings.
- Under Your data, choose Download my data.
Delete my account and data
- Sign in at mailafter.app.
- Open Settings and scroll to the end.
- Choose Delete my account and confirm with your password.
Your account, trackers, opens, sessions and security log are removed from our live systems straight away. Encrypted backups expire within 30 days.
Can’t sign in? Write to support@mailafter.app from the email address on your account.
I received an email with a MailAfter tracker
Write to support@mailafter.app with the web address of the tracking image (it starts with mailafter.app/p/) and we will remove the related data. To avoid trackers in general, turn off automatic image loading in your mail app.
